  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
    We are very quick at fulfilling our orders; if you wish to make changes to your order in terms of change of Address, Product, Quantity, Size, Contact Details, Name, etc. Please contact us as soon as possible to make these changes. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched and fulfilled, making these changes may not be possible.
  • UK Deliveries
    FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERIES on all orders above £50. £2.99 for orders below. We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days from the time we dispatch your order. UK NEXT DAY - £4.99 You will receive your order the next working day if placed by 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed Friday after 3pm, Saturday and Sunday will be received on the following Tuesday. Unless you pay for a special delivery. Next Day Morning - £17.50 (Inc VAT) You will receive your order the next working day before 10:30am. (Orders must be placed by 3:00pm Monday to Friday.) Next Day Noon - £13.75 (Inc VAT) You will receive your order the next working day before 12:00pm. (Orders must be placed by 3:00pm Monday to Friday.)   • DELIVER TO POST BOXES?
    We do NOT allow shipment to PO Boxes. Our shipping partners do not always support such delivery methods and might ask for a signature upon delivery.
  • Returns Policy
    Returns/Exchange - no problem with STARK! Hassle-free returns. Here at STARK, all our products are of the highest quality and standards. We are confident that you will love our products. However, in the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations you can exchange or return it within 28 days in its original condition.
  • Unwanted Items
    For hygiene reasons, all unwanted items returned need to be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, clean, and with original tags on. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. “Items on sale” are non-returnable with exception of defective or damaged items.
  • Faulty / Damaged Items
    Prior to posting, please ensure you contact us with a description of the issue, and we will do our utmost to support you accordingly.
  • UK & International Returns
    We are working towards offering free worldwide returns, however, at this stage the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The replacement item(s) will be posted free of charge on a standard delivery.
  • Returns Process
    To return an item, follow the following steps: Complete the Returns Form, select the reason for return. Carefully package and address your item to STARK PRO Safety, 239 Uxbridge Road, Harrow, Middlesex, Greater London, HA3 6TZ (Please retain a copy of your delivery receipt as proof of postage.) Once we receive the item(s) we will inspect it and give you a full refund (if it meets the requirements) within around 7-10 days. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process your return usually within 7-10 days. If the returned item(s) is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your statement. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@starkprosafety.com Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Sale/Clearance Items Returns “Items on sale” are non-returnable with exception of defective or damaged items.
